I need a midi cable, Ultra into my Apple, which one?

The LarsB editor was java based and there were a lot of issues with which interface worked with it. The upcoming editor will use native code and should eliminate a lot of the midi hardware compatibility issues. Like so many things today, the components of that cable are probably the same as many other USB to MIDI "cables." Calling it a cable is a little deceiving because somewhere in there is the same chip thats in half these devices. So its not just copper wire running through there. Long story short, many people have had issues with this style midi interface. Unless you can get someone to confirm that that interface works I'd wait till the new one comes out and we know that we're out of the woods as far as broad compatibility issues.
