How to set an Amp CS in Axe Edit for FC 6 for all or multiple presets?

Would like, for example, to set the CUT Amp Control switch to all presets to CS6 so I can control it from the FC 6.
I have read a lot of explanations and can't sort out this seemingly simple task.

I can set it on a single preset with no issue.

I am sure I am missing something obvious.

Sorry if this is annoying question.
 
I don't think there's any way to batch assign modifiers...

Possible the batch editor in FracTool can do it, but I never used it so I can't say.
