It might be something I'd use if I had a more traditional setup, and wanted a "wild card" on the board.

No use for this personally. As some who switched from Line 6 to Fractal because I was never overly happy with the effects (among other things like being told “nobody wants a floor modeler without a built in expression pedal), this seems like a step backwards like they ran out of something to release. With that said I’m sure others will find a use for it and rock it.

I was thinking that the Stomp would make more sense for a few reasons. They have strategically priced this thing at less than half of the Stomp's price ($300 vs $700) so I'm sure that's part of the allure for a pedal board user.
