Well, since you obviously don't understand a SINGLE thing about Facebook, I take it you will NOT be entering a competition to take the chance to win a $4k custom shop guitar for free? No worries, I wouldn't want a $4k handmade guitar for free either. ;)
 
You Sir are absofrickinglutely correct. Not even a £10k guitar that polishes my knob on a daily basis would tempt me back to Facebook FYI, I know exactly how Facebook and social media dissemination works, I just disagree with the ethics behind them and relinquishing my right to privacy. Besides, my comment was just a joke, so lighten up, eh? I for one hope that whoever wins the guitar, values it more than their right to privacy.
 
well, that makes sense, but we aren't taking anyone's info or spamming anyone, we just worked really hard to try to giveaway a guitar for the New Year to someone! Agree to disagree. Didn't mean to sound dickish, guess it kinda does. But if you don't like Facebook for that reason, I would highly recommend you get off of forums. :D
 
"The forums" don't steal my private info or photos for advertisements, but thank you for your concern.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the nobility in competitions and gear give-always, however I do not agree with Facebook's, or Google's for that matter, terms of service that basically state that anything you post or share on their site automatically becomes their property to do with as they wish. This is my only issue with such social media sites.

I think it's easy to come across as a dick on the internet, myself included. I don't take anything personally mate. Hope you had a great Christmas :)
