GFS pickups

I just want to give a heads up on GFS pickups. I've just ordered a Vintage 59 neck humbucker, and I'm really really liking it. They are cheap, probably made in China but personally I don't care. I have tried lots of pickups before, and I think these compare to the much more expensive humbuckers out there.

I think they're made in Korea, actually - but who cares?
I've inspected and played chinese instruments that were just as good as their US/european counterparts.

I have 2 Fat PAFs, 2 Nashville Retrotrons (replacing much more expensive Duesenbergs and before that Dimarzios in a non-reissue Yamaha SG-2000), a bunch of lil KIller singlecoil sized humbuckers, two trem systems, many pots and at least two sets of tuners from guitarfetish.
and just in a P90 sized humbucker I haven't installed yet.

Overall friendliness and customer support is as excellent as Fractal's.

I ordered a set of the Mean 90s a couple of years ago, and they are some of the coolest pickups I've used. I found them to be on par with much more expensive pickups that I have. I recommend them often. I'm also a fan of Tonerider pickups as another good low cost option.
