Fm9 used as foot controoler

I have a question I am going to buy one of these FM9 when it comes available But I'd also like to know if it will work as a foot controller like the FC6 and FC12 With the ax

Short answer: no.
That said, with MIDI it can do quite a lot....

The only thing it can't yet do is switch channels in the FX3. I moved my control pedals to MIDI as well to share them across both (as well as record their movements in the DAW)
