FM3 switching other devices

Hey all…I’m sure the answer is no…but wanted to double check before buying something else. Can I route 2 switches on the fm3/fm9 to control something else? I have a Bluetooth page turner that just needs a monetary switch. Thought it’d be great if I could use one of the switches for that purpose.

no. how would that even connect physically? route it to what through what?

you can send MIDI from the MIDI out jack with a Scene change or a Control Switch with MIDI data set on it, but not from a physical switch itself.

That’s what I thought. Just making sure I haven’t missed something before getting a stand alone switch. Thanks!!!
