Hmmm. FM3 at your feet with expression pedals. That handles all pre amp effects and scene switching. Axe-fx III in the rack behind you handles amps and post amp effects.

Sounds good... But how to realize that ? I mean in terms of connexions and grids.

The hard part is coordinating the two.

Currently, the FC only talks to the unit it is connected to.

It would be awesome if the FM3 and AxeFX3 could have some sort of method/connection analogous to MIDI OUT/THRU wherein FASLINK data from any attached FC pedal(s) could have its(their) switch/controller data passed to a downstream second unit....
