cab pack bundle 1-6 / Impulse Responses missing

I bought yesterday cab pack bundle 1 specifically for EV 12L rumble IRs (which are included in the factory presets) to make my own impulse response combinations with Cab Lab so i don't have to use multople IRs and save CPU. But to my surprise IRs are not included. Why?

Unless i have the IRs, i have no use for these this.

Are you saying the specific factory IRs are not there or the Rumble IRs don't exist?

Per the product page, it says they are part of Cab Pack 2 so there should be Rumble IRs.

Whether the specific factory IRs should exist I can't say...

you are right, sorry. somehow when i read "cablab products" i related it to Cab Packs. Agree, this part is about Cablab. The first thing, i wrote sales and asked. Waiting for a response still.

edit: and no, i am saying, it is about product IRs, not factory ones

And i just found out also the Rumble i am talking about is in Austin Buddy's Boutique Pack not in Cab Pack 2 though it is really confusing.
