Cab block pre amp question

Hi, if I set the pre amp to none, I assume the pre amp is off, correct?

I ask because Im confused about hi cut low cut setting in the first cab menu of axe edit, versus settings in the pre amp menu. I want to rule out that im using double cutting settings in both menus by mistake.

recently they added the ability to high/low cut individual cab slots.

the high/low cut in the page where preamp appears cuts all cabs, which is what we've always had.

preamp set to none means no preamp.

thanks yes im aware of cutting individual cab slots. Im using those.

ah ok so even if the pre amp is set to none (off), the 'global' high low cut on the pre amp page is still active.?

so its what I tought, I AM cutting both individual slots and 'globally' at thesame time.
