Has anyone come up with a preset to replicate the Jackson audio Bloom pedal?

What specifically about that pedal have you been unable to dial in on the Fractal? Fractal has a bunch of studio grade compressors with excellent metering, and obviously plenty of boost and EQ options. I’d start with the optical compressor model as the Jackson audio website says it’s an optical compressor.

Post a clip of what you mean by “swell.”

You can get the effect of increased sustain with any downwards compressor by turning up the output volume to compensate for the reduced transient, as this will turn up the transient as well as the decay of the note which we perceive as increased sustain. You’ll need to be more specific about what you’re looking for and what settings on the fractal you’ve tried so far.

That should be doable! use the optical compressor and attach a modifier to output level and compression and adjust the attack and release to your liking!

There are ways to attach a foot switch to a modifier control of an optical (or JFET) sustainer (compressor) for sustain and feedback. Much of it is dependent on the distortion and level of the amp; the remaining the attack and release of the optical sustainer as shown in the linked article above.
