Axefx II wiki offline use

Is there a way to access the wiki when offline?I thought that the permanent link option would do the job but it didn't.I think in the old wiki I could do that...

Aha.....what I didn't mention is the iPad use since this will be my portable device into rehearsal rooms with no Internet connection...and there is no foxes available for iOS

... fine, but what's the level for the 'Depth to follow links' option?
