Changed Tuner mute logic so that only selected source is muted when Mute is set to INPUT.

Quick question about the Vintage Digital Delay: manual says the bitrate is set lower with this type (16 bit maybe?). If so, setting the Bit Reduction to 8 it becomes 8 bit? Right?

EDIT: figured out it should be 12 bit by default
EDIT2: IIRC the Bit Reduction goes up to 24. So 12/24 *8 = 4 bits of reduction, so setting Bit Reduction value to 8 should set this type to 8-bit?
