Axe FX II mark 1 - buy or not with the XL coming up ?

Hi guys,


would it be wise to buy an Axe Fx II mark 1 and MFC second hand right now ? Total price new would be 3100 euros in Europe, I can get it for 2300 euros. (good deal?)

Is the RJ45 connector a real downside ?


Would you guys go for it or hold out a bit longer till the XL is out and check the second hand market then ?

yes I have the mark I versions of tre axe II and the MFC, nothing wrong with either, talk them down as low as you can :)
 
I have Mark I AxeFX II. Reseated the LCD display cable and also did a preset wipe / upgrades and bank install / upgrades to get everything completely clean and it's perfect.
 
I have the Mk1, still have too many spaces left for presets. Most of them are just me improving on old ones :p

Also I've got ethernet powering my mfc101 mk1. It's easy, cheap (the cable not the gear :/) and has taken some serious gig stomping.
