This looks so unbelievable real! Modern 3D design techniques and tools are just incredible.

I think fractal should hire you as a 3D artist for Software and advertising! :)

Which tool did you use to create all those diffuse/bump/specular maps?

For creating the maps i use photoshop, the renders where done in Keyshot 4 and the 3D model was done in Sketchup 8.

And the hardest part was finding the right Fonts to match those of the unit.

Those are problematic because i can't find a good side photo of the knobs and the handles.... :(
 
I can't tell if you used a digital or analogue camera with this... The end product is so clean and polished I'd have to say digital, But it has all the warmth and feel of analogue... :/

It's not a photo.He didn't use camera, He recreated in a 3D software.
