Hopefully someone has a solution to it, this has been going on as long as I can remember. I'm running Axe-Edit 3.8.1 (latest version) on a Surface Pro 2 and Surface Pro 3, both are Windows 8.1.
When I open "Axe-Manage Presets" or "Axe-Manage Cabs" and try to drag in presets or cabs the mouse pointer and highlighted location where it will be dropped are completely off.
For example, here trying to drag a cab in and the mouse pointer is at the upper right hand corner of the 'Y' in cab slot "U0036 EMPTY" (see red arrow) however the blue-ish highlighted cab slot is "U0069 EMPTY"
