Hey all, I was just wondering if any of you guys are using (or have used) the Atomic Mono Block MB-50 with a 4x12. I'm looking at going back to power amp + cab with my Axe II and was wondering what your opinions were! I'm looking for something light that's gonna make the Axe II sound rich and full (smooth may be nice too) at loud volumes. Just wondering about any of your experiences with the MB 50? Would you recommend it? Is it loud enough to play small shows with? I plan on running it into a single 4x12 (hence why I only need the mono block and not the stereo atomic). Any other recommendations for light weight (hopefully) tube power amps would be much appreciated. By the way, I'm not dead set on a tube power amp, I just have used the SLA-2 in the past and found it to be a little shrill and looking for some more 'warmth' if that makes sense..
