Assigning Ernie ball controller through GCP help

I'm trying to get my Morley volume pedal to control the wah and it's kicking my @ss! Any step by steps to help would be greatly appreciated. I have controller #1 turned on in the GCP, I guess it's just a matter of assigning CC #'s ? I have button #4 assigned to turn wah on/off in my patch but I just can't get the pedal to control it.

Hope someone can shed some light on this for me and a few others out there!
