I had a great time recording with my ultra yesterday!

We got the whole album and it's great to have a 45 sec soundcheck and then several amps and effects all fixed.

I am sure the fractal is one of the main reasons we can get a cd done in one day :)

Looking at your FCB1010 reminds me that I seriously need to figure out how to get mine working. Every time I put my foot down, so to speak, to try to get the thing doing what I want I can't make sense of the online instructions and just give up. And, of course, without a floor board you can't change patch on the fly, making playing certain songs impossible.
 
Do you have an uno chip or something like that? To me that's essential to get it to work in my setup. I have 4 buttons for patches, one tap tempo and 5 stompboxes. For me it works really well.

Ya, I have the UNO EPROM. I've tried getting the unit going before but every time I Google instructions on how to make it function properly the instructions seem to include steps that don't translate properly to either the software or the unit.
