If the results were overwhelming in favor of ideal then things may have turned out differently.
Seeking feedback directly from customers is great. But the boss still has to make the decision he thinks is best, and forum quizzes do not us bosses make.

I think that the decision is not based simply on a % but on the most solid arguments in my opinion.
