I am using my stand in switches for layout changes and I want more on my FC6. I would like a dedicated tap tempo and tuner switch. Is that possible with momentary switches plugged into the expression pedal inputs?

Thanks for the input guys! So it sounds like there is some difference in feel but maybe no difference in how you dial them in. Well I'm on the waiting list and it looks like that may take a bit especially for the fc6 so I may be using the FX8 for quite some time.

I made a custom rack for my FX8

FX8 with Vintage Fender Amps

Works great! Although I like some analog drive with mine. I play mostly clean though so my live sound is mostly the FX8. Reverbs and delays are awesome. Switching is great. Only thing I missed are my drives and I just made it so the FX8 switches them in and out of my chain with the relays.

Yep for sure... this one is special. It allows you to mount the voodoo lab pedal power and use the auxiliary 120VAC outlet without a cable poking out the back of your pedaltrain. You can't find this anywhere else. I will have to take pictures when I get this mounted up :-)

Yeah I'm ready for a bit of learning curve but I'm pretty good at the midi thing so I think I will be OK. The FX8 will allow me to go back to a Dumble clone amp I used to use a bunch in the past as well as being an awesome unit for when I sit in... all my sounds in one box and no tapdancing...
