Volume output drop when using MIDI to change patches

About once every 15 or 20 patch changes I send from my computer to my AX8 via MIDI the volume suddenly gets really low and I have to click the patch again to make it go back to normal volume. Has anyone had this issue? It’s only happened for me when using automated patch changes from my computer via USB and it happens on multiple patches.
