Not per se` direct. But direct to board and ambient, and mastered. Amatuer quality record and mastering from my church. Major Christmas event so a full orchestra and many singers.
I guess the main standout i get. On one song I used javajunkie's acoustic patch and IR. I thought is as close, but no closer than a good piezo system live. Listening to the CD, WOW. Actually had me wondering if I was playing a miked acoustic.
Need to relaod that patch and try it with a peizo (previously was with low gain SCs).
Actually all of my clean tones were wow. I could always get gain, crunch, etc to record well, but the cleans, OH MAN!
Need to figure out out to get these posted. The guitar is mixed well to the back in an orchestral environment.
