Complete Mixer settings not to be saved in the Library, which means in detail:
If you want to save your Modifier automations within your Mixer Block to the Library - forget it,
they're non-existent now :tearsofjoy:

Did you save the channel or the whole block?

Saving the whole block is way to get modifiers. Saving the channel only does not.

That is normal behavior for all blocks.

Unless your machine is broken, the modifier settings do save to the library (I know because I have some saved with modifiers, and they work fine). But as with all blocks you need to save all channels (not just a single channel) in order to save the modifiers, as is clearly indicated in the UX when you save to the library.
