Wish Cab Block Linking scrolling for Cab 1L and Cab 2L

Either by default or via a toggle. When neither a cab is muted or solo toggled let the function that pick the next (or previous cab) when scrolling with he mouse button also pick the next cab for 1R.

Many users will bank L and R IR right after on another. It will make tweaking preset much easier and improve the user experience.
