Send MIDI from Axe-Fx II to the amp ?

I wondering if it's possible with Axe Fx II XL+ to send a MIDI CC to my amp without MFC101. If someone can clarify this I will be really appreciated! Haven't find anything about in manual or WIKI... Thanks !
