Yes, its DC, I found an adapter that is 9v DC and used that and it works. I don't know why the other two 12 volt DC adapters didn't work, but the 9 volt works. Problem solved, thank you for you help. Have a great weekend.

No, it doesn't power ether the FC-6 or FC-12, I checked the voltage on the power adapter with a volt meter and it says 12v and it's rated at 3 amps, the FCs require 9-12 volts 1000 ma (or 1 amp)? Is there a way to turn on the FCs?

Thank you Joe, I tried that with 2 different power adapters that are 12v and 1000 ma and the F6-6 does not power on. I can power on the FC-6 and FC-12 directly connected to the AXE-FX III with XLR, but when I connect the FC-6 to the FC-12 (connected to the AXE-FX III) with XLR and power the FC-6...

AXE-FX III headphone jack not working.

I can hear static, but that's it. I've used the headphone on other devices with no issues, when connecting them to the AXE-FX III, a little static and that's it. I'm using an adapter to connect to the AXE-FX III, Iv'e tried the same adapters on other devices and no problems.

Axe-Fx II Firmware 16.02 Released

I purchased the AXE-FX II when it first came out in June 2011, I haven't upgraded the firmware since before AXE-EDIT 3, can I upgade to the newest firmware?

New MFC-101 has delay changing presets, using it with the AXE-FX II

Changed from 50ms to 60 ms, sent again, still using the 128K buffer size, got it "FW update complete", rebooted and it's working, thank you.

OK, after figuring out how to do the Firmware update and getting to the 100% complete rebooting the MFC-101 I'm getting Error 14, I tried a factory reset (hold button 11 and reboot), still Error 14? Help?

I just got the MFC-101 yesterday, it has firmware 2.13, I set up a few presets learning to use it. I also just updated the AXE-FX II to ver. 9 (non beta). When I change a preset on the MFC there is a delay of about 10 seconds before it makes the change to the different preset, does anyone know...

Advice - Good passive monitor for my man-cave

Decided to go with a Genelec 8030A active monitor, should arrive in a couple of day, hope I made the correct choice. It was between the A7A, CM50, CM65 or Genelec 8030A.

FCB 1010 Set Up

I did see the PP and then I pressed 5 to select it, just like the instructions said, I've done it a number of times. I have a new MIDI cable, but don't have another one. Not sure how to connect to a computer?

Ya, that is what I did, and I don't see the midi light turn on on the AXE-FX II. I set the MIDI to channel 1 and also to OMNI. Should I use a 7 pin MIDI? I'm using a 5 pin.

Got it, $449, I'll have to think about it, for that price I could get a POD HD 500 and I was reading some ware on the post here that there is a way to get the POD HD 500 to work with the AXE-FX (II?), anyone know if there is a cheaper controller? I only need a 2 - 4 button switch?

This is a great comparison, some more comparisons would be appreciated, especially with the POD HD and AXE-FX since there is so few comparisons that can be found on the Net and you can't go to the neighborhood music store and checkout an AXE-FX.
