Set Ignore Redundant PC (Axe-Fx) to Off to prevent audio gaps. This was the answer!! Thanks for your help, this solved a few months of annoyance :-)

Thanks for your reply. I will check these settings on my MFC an Axe fx. Probably i will have to change something in the Axe because this issue happened after updating the axe itself. But I was clueless....

Yes, that is an option too! But i didn't mean an actual splitter but more like 3 Y-cables in one[emoji4] You make a loop from AUX 1 to 2, from 2 to 3 and 3 to 4. I will look a bit like Christmas Lights but the signal will be hot enough. You can easily turn up output 2 on the Axe...

I think when you connect the middle ring with the tip you will have 2x mono on your stereo jack. So connect the output 2L mono jack to a stereo ( middle ring + tip )and make an Y-cable to aux 2. Of course for right channel the same. You'll end up having the same L+R on the aux input...
