have you tried your live settings at proper volume with another guitar? that might help isolate the issue depending on if it still occurs or not.

Cliff, Get rid of the older firmware modeling options to free up space!!

i've never used the firmware rollback option myself and would hate for an unused feature to prevent the pleasure of regular updates in the future.

+1 to lighter strings. back your gain down quite a bit, i'd also recommend putting your noise gate after the drive pedal

yup, good ol' auckland nz. kia ora :) i found the drivers are working for me just fine with recording and all that, but for some reason axe edit isn't recognizing my axefx so i can't edit anything via the computer. i haven't had any windows update issues as far as i'm aware. just installed...
