Bought a set of Nut files this week!

Yes, I have, and use the same magnifying lenses shown in the link - used them for years, and love them. However, if I had it to do over again, I'd think about getting the same type glasses, with the lights.

Actually, the Pan setting in the Cab block seems okay, on my files; I think I recently reinstalled mine, and they're still at the initial settings. In the Amp block, though, the Balance is panned hard to 100.0. Hope this helps?

I'll second the YouTube videos; one can learn a lot from different approaches by different users. Also, take a look at other's presets, and see what they've done. Look over the Factory presets, too. Look at the various settings, basic and advanced, to take a look at what others are doing to...

Axe-Fx III into another audio interface

Similar setup to some of those above. I did have some hum for a moment, a year or two ago. As best I recall it was a polarity issue with the speaker monitors. I plugged one of the monitors in with a 3-prong to 2-prong adapter to the AC power strip, which resolved the hum. As much as possible...

best Mission expression pedal for volume?

My personal preference is Fractal EV-xx pedals for volume, and Mission SP-xx pedals for wah. Pick whichever features matter to you to decide which pedal from either company.
