Maybe. If the speakers and cabs are designed to pair to be FR. But any FRFR solution has to be designed as a whole. The enclosures must match the speakers precisely or the system won't have a flat response.


Right on. It happens to be the company making the box made my speakers so I'm going to check into the possibility of making one for my exact FR speaker.


You might get lucky, but most likely it is not going to sound anything close to flat response. Not to mention, your wedges most likely have horn or dome tweeters for the high frequencies. Guitar cabs almost never have tweeters. Modern bass cabinets on the other hand are often closer to FRFR in design and tweeters are pretty common there.
