Woohoo... XiTone Cabs new website is now live!

I'd love to have some feedback on it as y'all see fit to make.

Also, there is a FAQ section that I'll be working on so if y'all have some particular items for that section I'll work on those going forward.

It'll take a couple of days maybe for everything to get transitioned so if something seems broken that may be the reason.

Thanks all!

The new website is awesome. I look forward to seeing the FAQ section so I can know what not to ask you! :p I think the "Contact With Us" button should really say "Contact Us" instead.

I REALLY hope I can buy one of these in the next few months.

Congratulations on reworking the website Mick, hope it leads to more sales. Here’s some of my thoughts after looking a couple of minutes on my iPad;
  • Red on black does not offer enough contrast for the menu dropdown
  • Grey on black with a thin font in the menu is hard to read
  • Fixed width fonts (courier?) look weird for anything that doesn’t need fixed width, i.e. code.
  • When I clicked on the 4 square button at the top of the description, I expected it to show me a gallery of the pictures of the speakers, and the previous/next buttons would cycle through pictures. Not cycle through models.
  • I generally find the descriptions hard to read with that thin font and have to zoom to be able to read.
  • It would be nice to have dimensions in modern units as well, i.e mm or cm and kg
Anyway, just some thoughts I had after looking through it. Looks much better though. Well done.

Got my Michael Britt about a month ago with the sliver cloth and white piping. It looks great and sounds fantastic with my AX8. Got it to sound great at home volumes with the standard tweaking that everyone talks about on the forum. I am a fan of Leon Todd presets and they sound amazing and very Cab like with this Michael Britt Cab.

Looking good! Just a couple of points of feedback:

When getting to your website via google, the 'sections' links don't work (leads to a 404 error). I've attached a screenshot showing what I mean. Perhaps a redirect for these links would be good until Google update their search? i.e. just redirect 'http://xitonecabs.com/models/active-1x12-wedge/' to 'http://xitonecabs.com/product/12-active-wedge/'.

Also, is there a reason you haven't implemented https? I know that the user is only entering name and address details in the checkout page before being redirected to PayPal, but still...
