I use the Save/Recall block quite often. It's nice to be able to save away my favorite chorus or delay blocks and recall them when building new presets.
Taking this a step further I think it would be pretty useful to save a group of blocks that can be imported into an existing preset. For example, lets say you have a favorite configuration of REV, Chorus - DLY, Shunt all in parallel. We could click/drag to select the blocks and their connections... then do a right click/save block chain. Give it a name like "My Standard Post Amp Chain" and save it.
