Wish: Random Tempo

It would be nice to have a random tempo, with bursts of 1/16, 1/32, 1/8 notes, etc. This can help create a glitch effect when using a tremolo effect with a square wave.
 
Hence not a random though, a burst is not a random signal, but a burst.
A Random signal can be done; it's one of the lfo wave forms if I remember well. On axe fx II I used it trying to get a doubled guitar affect by randomly varying a delay on lfo basis between 10-20ms,....it didn't bring anything interesting so left it there.
 
You might want to try a slow lfo saw tooth (and a bit of offset) wave driving your tremolo frequency, you'd have to calculate the sawtooth period to halve times on the basis of your song's tempo.

The burst doesn’t have to be on tempo hence the random.
