Wish - Nine Inch Nails guitar effect

A new forum member asked if anyone had a preset for this song and I decided to make one and I'm having trouble getting the effect on top of the guitar at 19 seconds in the clip below:



I've come close with a phaser with a high rate but I'm not sure that's the correct effect. For this album Trent used the amp sims in a Zoom pedal direct to the board. I'm able to get the distortion pretty close with just the drive block and the chorus with the JMP-1, which he also used on the album, but I can't seem to nail the warble effect.

Any help would be appreciated and I'll post the preset when I figure it out. Thanks and hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

sounds like its going straight into the board and peaking the needle into the reds like 500x more than they should be.

they do a pretty damn good job even without that tone.
