Wish: Anti-Feedback Block

This has been on my wish list for the AFII for sometime now but now that I'm going to be gigging acoustically with the AX8 I _really_ want this block.

It could be a mode in the PEQ block or a whole new block. Essentially it looks for a strong frequency in the signal and then makes a notch to take it out. Three or four notches would be ideal but even two would be excellent.

Having it find and notch out the frequency automatically lets you use it hands-free while playing.

Would turn the AX8 in to an absolutely _perfect_ acoustic guitar processor.

the soundguy in me will say, learn how to get ride of feedback with an EQ, you have many eq option in the AX8 to get moreqthen the job done.

I actually got the idea for this block while working with Blues Traveler on their Fractal rig. The board they were touring with had his feature per-strip. They loved it. :)

To do this manually and Ed fectively you really need to see a spectrum graph. Otherwise you're "sweeping in the dark" so to speak. That's likely not possible to do with high enough precision on the AFII/AX8's display.

if th block never happen, get a Behringer Shark DSP, probably a weak units sound quality wise but will do the job. or you can also take time learn your frequency ;)
it's a really really useful tool and don't cost much
