I am using Shure GLXD 16 as wireless with 3 bodypacks for 3 different basses. It is monitoring battery usage and has a built in battery charger - there are dedicated accu's. Fully charged accu lasts for approx.12 hrs. Never had an issues with transmissions drops or any other problems. For IEM I am using Shure PSM300 with Shure SE315 and premium bodypack I am quite happy with it.
