Wish: Extend the valid range of the modifier Offset to be between +/-1000% (while not changing current saved values).
Rationale: Currently the (y-axis) Offset is limited to +/-100%. However if the Scale and/or Slope is more drastic, this range is too small to be able shift the curve up or down as desired. This means that many valid curves are not available. Yes, messing with Start/End/Mid (and Min/Max) can help, but this can also change the shape and change the range of resulting modifier.
Examples of Offset at min/max values not allowing curve to be further shifted up/down:
