Who can build a custom midi controller for me ?

I want a row of 8 preset switches and a row of 8 scene switches is a 40 x 8 cm enclosure.
No LCDs needed, simple leds are enough.
I know where to order the enclosure.

Do you know anyone or a complany who can build it to my spec?
