Which Audio Interface Is Your Favorite with Axe-Fx III?

I use an RME Fireface 400 via SPDIF. I have had this interface for over 10 years and not one glitch. IMO RME can't be beaten when it comes to stability.

Besides my ULN8 I’ve got a 20 year old 2882. They sent a couple of boards that I popped in myself and now it has all the capabilities of a brand new unit.
Future proof indeed!

Sounds like we got our 2882 about the same time! Did the same thing, upgraded to 2d and now to 3d and it's still a great interface 20 yrs later

I’ve had many over the years. Recently I had an Apollo twin usb and it was nice, but I just got an rme baby face pro fs and wow. Best drivers ever. I have full control now

Babyface is an awesome interface. Especially grab and go with a laptop. Not a big fan of the TotalMix monitoring software (except for the built in verb) but like anything, once you use it enough you get the hang of it.

Another Metric Halo user here. The minimal live board is ULN-2, small and light and upgraded to 3D, and second is ULN8 3D at home.

The CAT cable daisy chain is convenient for practice between gigs (remember those?) Hearing my vocals, guitars and tracks through it at a gig is audio ecstasy. The ultra high end is like silk and goes on forever.

As a few have chimed in Metric Halo ULN-8. I have several daisy chained with MHLink that makes them one unit. Amazing interface. Great pres.

I can't quite say "favorite" as it's the only one I have, but I'm using the Focusrite Scarlet 18i20 with the AXe III

I've used several smaller interfaces. Currently using the MOTU M4. Love it!
