Have you tried Simeon's synth presets?
I can't remember if there's an organ one in the set (it's a wee while since I had a run through them), but they'd be a good starting point for tweaking.

I did one for my FX II Mk 1 that I think you can load into an XL. Our band tunes down 1/2 step, so the synth settings/offset will need to be adjusted for standard tuning. Feel free to improve it and let me know how it goes!

Uses Scenes 1-5, Vol pedal is Pedal 1, Synth Vol is Pedal 2

Maybe try this, you'll have to wank around a bit with the expression pedal assignments and probably adapt input drive.
I just put it up from quantum 2, as I don't play that song anymore for a few years yet, but the organ sound was quite impressive and still works correctly in the latest FW.
