Where are there new IR's in Firmware 10 going to be?

No, they won't overwrite your existing user cabs.

The new IRs are in slots 75 to 112, when you scroll past this you're into User 1 and upwards Your existing user cabs will still be there as expected.

Axe-O-Matic will not be updated, whether it needs to be or not. The current build is the final build.
