Woodworking.

Same here, particularly woodturning...making bowls and hollow vessels. Still haven't set my shop back up after my most recent move, partly because my guitar time keeps encroaching on my shop-arranging time. My day job involves a lot of left-brain activity. The artistic stuff like making music and wooden stuff keeps the right side of my brain happy.
