I use a Zoom Q2HD to record videos of my gigs but I sometimes need to edit the audio but not sure what file type I should export the final video because there are so many to choose from and so many settings. The Zoom Q2HD uses the mov file type. The video is 720 because I don't see a quality difference when using 1080.
I use Sony Creative Software's Sound Forge Pro and it can save to the file types below:
AA3*, AC3*, AIF, ATRAC*, AU, AVI*, DIG, DLS, FLAC, FRG, GIG, IVC, M1A, M1P, M2A, M2P, M2T, MMV, MOV, MSV, MP1, MP2, MP3, MP4, MPA, MPEG, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video, Sony MXF*, OGG, PCA, RAW, SF2, VOX, W64*, WAV*, WMA*, WMV
