What effect is on the intro guitar and at the 2:09 solo and how would you duplicate it on the Axe? Is it a chorus, flanger or what?

it's the same chords to Creep by Radiohead at parts. neat!

it's probably a phaser of some sort, as that was all the rage back then.

Yes I kind of think a flanger also. I saw that on Youtube that they were the same chords as Creep, some kind of copyright issue went on. But I don't think chords can be copyrighted or all the blues songs would be outta business
