What’s the difference in the list of controllers there is pedal 1 and pedal 2 then there is Fc-1 pedal 1-4/ fc-2 pedal1-4 etc...... what is pedal 1 and pedal 2?

Pedals 1 and 2 are from the AXE3 unit itself and the foot controller FC1 has the FC1-1 through FC1-4 or FC2- for a second foot controller etc. Check out the manuals for both.
