So I have all the components on the way for a nice wet dry wet setup.
I plan on using a Fractal FX8 to route everything. The main dry amp is going to be a Revv G20. For the wet cabs I have bought a separate stereo power amp.
I’m trying to do a bit a prep work in planning how the whole thing needs to be wired up. I’m tying myself in knots overthinking things. The dry amp is pretty straight forward I think.
Am I right in thinking I can run from the Loadbox out on the amp (Cab emulation disabled) back into the fractal, then out in stereo to the power amp, then to the 2 wet cabs? Obviously my delay, reverb etc will need to be set 100% wet on the Fractal??
Has anyone done this with an FX8? Any advice you could give me on if I’m in the ball park with the above?
