Weird AX8 behaviour - settings reverted?

Just switched on my AX8 for the first time since Monday and it booted up on P1 S1, and things like Scene Revert, Input Pad, Spillover had returned to defaults? My patches were unaffected as far as I can tell, but slightly worrying!

Any idea what causes this?

I have never had any settings that I physically changed in the unit arbitrarily change on me. About a year ago I did think I had some weird switching behavior (could also have been user error). I backed everything up and reinstalled the firmware and have not noticed it since.

I've had that happen a few times. Not sure what caused it, but I've got it down to put the settings back the way I like them now

I’ve had this happen twice. I think it has to do with shutting the unit down when it is in the middle of a calculation.
I’ve started waiting 5 seconds after touching the unit to shut it down and haven’t had it happen since!
