I’m 8/28 at 11:25pm, probably the last 8/28, I thought it MIGHT come today for me but sounds like tomorrows the day! OH BOY!!

Confirm the Locale settings for your computer. It should have an appropriate entry for you, which then will be inherited by the other apps on the system. Also check your profile page for the forum and make sure your timezone information is correct.

If you're using a time server it might be wrong. If you're using WiFi, the router might have bad information too. Typically cellular towers are correct, so our phones are also correct, but there was one near a lake around here that was notoriously off by an hour. As computers and OSes matured there were all sorts of annoying date/time anomalies to deal with, but it seems to have smoothed out these days.
