"Waiting for tuner" thing...

Ok, this maybe isn't a bug but shouldn't be hard to fix I hope,
might save possible headache for new users.
I noticed when the tuner on AxeFx isn't on first page (tuner page)
I get "waiting for tuner" message on MFC101.
Sorry if this has been mentioned in other threads, my bad!
So maybe the tuner on AxeFx should automatically go to its first page
when it's called from MFC101?

Ah, that's why... couldn't get the tuner to work until I restarted the Axe on my last gig...
